Dear ASBU members and students;

 

The catering service at our university is offered by the contractor companies as on-site production in our university’s cuisine since date 15th January 2018. The contractor company has changed at the beginning of 2019.

Within the scope of the contract signed with the company;

* Our cuisine is insured against fire.

* All stakeholders benefiting from catering service are insured against poisoning.

* Kitchen and cafeterias are disinfected on a monthly basis.

* The cleanliness of the cuisine’s air is controlled microbiologically once a month by means of petris.

* Health examination for infectious diseases of employees' are carried out.

* Within the scope of zero waste project, waste oils are collected without being drained into the sewer system and delivered to the relevant places.

* Within the scope of zero waste project, the leftovers are distributed to street animals around Ulus.

We expect you to participate in the food survey in order to provide you with healthier, better quality, more hygienic and more delicious food.
